Expanded the bundle with the following services:
• BankAccountService for managing merchant bank accounts
• DonauCharityService for charity-related flows

Expanded the bundle with additional services:
• OtpDevicesService for OTP device management
• TemplatesService for merchant templates
• TokenFamiliesService for token family operations

Just added more building blocks to the Symfony Taler bundle:
• WebhooksService - clean handling of merchant webhooks
• TwoFactorAuthService - streamlined 2FA operations

There are 2 more APIs to integrate, plus logging and security hardening, and this milestone will be accomplished soon - probably next week.
