There’s an issue with the email setup.
The forum email account, although properly set up and working with an IMAP/SMTP client, is forbidden to send emails from the forum. This is under investigation.
The noreply@ich.taler.net address has no SMTP account authorized. Reverted to proc. More testing under way…
You probably noticed that email did not work for a while.
This was due to an incompatibility with Stalwart-mail and misconfiguration of TLS on the Submission service. Now with the new 0.8.3 release and some proper investigation, we have solved the email configuration issue for good.
You know it already, because the mail queue has resumed and is flooding you right now.
