I would love, love, love to participate in this call! At the moment it is impossible for me, but if there is another iteration of this in the future, I would love to get one of these started in Lisbon, Portugal!

What local currency do you have in Lisboa? How is it going, @filipesm?

We don’t have one. I would like to trial one. I think a lot of places in Lisbon would be great for this. Neighbourhoods that have lots of local stores and movement. Or even at the city level, I think it could be done

What kind of experience do you have with local currencies? Maybe it would be interesting for you to join LocalForLocal project with a local currency, so you can learn on the ground and make useful contacts to replicate a working experience. Maybe you already have such experience!

I have no experience! Ahah I’m a programmer, I’ve dealt with crypto (but don’t anymore!), and always followed efforts from afar, I guess. I want to join next time, but right now I’m not in Portugal, so I cannot be present to participate actively, you know?

In the future, for sure
